Aligning Mind and Body
for Holistic Health

Therapeutic massage and energywork tailored to what your body needs.

WE WORK WITH YOUR BODY

Every body carries tension differently. Every session begins with where you are and what you need.

DEEP TISSUE

Deep tissue massage is therapeutic bodywork using slow, focused pressure to address chronic tension and areas of restriction.

Techniques are adapted to the specific area and to how the tissue responds, working gradually to release adhesions and restore healthy movement to the tissue.

Patrick incorporates trigger point therapy into his deep tissue work, identifying specific points of muscular tension that refer pain or tightness to other areas of the body. Pressure and technique are adjusted to the individual.

Deep tissue may be a good fit if you're dealing with recurring tightness, overworked or overused muscles, postural tension from sitting or repetitive movement, or specific areas that feel stuck, restricted, or difficult to release through lighter work alone.

SWEDISH MASSAGE

Swedish massage uses flowing strokes, kneading, and gentle-to-moderate pressure to create a rhythmic, restorative experience for the whole body. It's often what comes to mind first when people picture massage.

The techniques work together to increase circulation, ease general muscle tension, and help the nervous system shift out of a stressed or "on" state and into a more relaxed one.

Swedish massage may be a good fit if you're feeling generally tense, physically tired, or simply in need of time to slow down and reconnect with your body. It can also offer an approachable introduction to bodywork for those newer to massage, with steady, comfortable pressure throughout the session.

CRANIAL SACRAL

Cranial Sacral Therapy energywork uses light touch to work with the subtle rhythms of the craniosacral system, gently releasing tension held deep in the head, spine, and nervous system.

Rather than manipulating muscle, the work is quiet and receptive, following the body's own rhythm to release restrictions and encourage a state of deep relaxation and balance.

Patrick incorporates spinal touch and light touch techniques into his Cranial Sacral work, tuning in to subtle shifts in the body and allowing the nervous system to settle at its own pace.

Cranial Sacral may be a good fit if you're looking for a gentle, restorative session, carrying stress or tension in the head and neck, or wanting to support your nervous system and overall sense of calm.
